Hi folks

I am glad to announce that the 2008 MyBroadband Conference will take place on 27 November 2008 at Vodaworld. The attached draft brochure and conference website contains all relevant information about the conference. As usual the conference is completely free and there will be a lunch as well as snacks & drinks after the event.

Thanks again to Vodacom for their generous sponsorship and hosting of the conference. Vodacom is also sponsoring lunch – and more importantly the drinks after the event :D Thanks as well to our other sponsors Axxess, Miro Distribution, ECN Telecoms and Poynting.

Eish would love to be there - great list of speakers.

Would love to here what Seacom, dominic and Mcleod would have to say.

I notice that Angus Hay's pic has an MTN logo behind him - classic LoL :D

Yeah, I also like the list of speakers and the panel discussion sounds like it could be pretty interesting, so long as I am able to understand most of it.

Wasn't Angus Hay the Strategic Director of Neotel last year, or am I thinking of someone else? Would like to hear from Doug Reed how the MLM plan worked out as I have never been a big proponent of it...
 
rpm - can you confirm that Vodacom have arranged a large enough conference facility for this event? Last year I arrived about 15 minutes after the event had begun and was forced to stand for the entire duration along with about 20 other people at the back.

We have a bigger venue this year - should be fine :)
