just out of interest, what packages are we using in here, I have found that the mymeg 250 seems to suit my needs, gives me 8 and a bit meg a day, more than enough to do my online buisness, emails and forum goodies.

3G- 250 here too. I might consider a 3G-500MB , but i haven't seen pricing on that. I actually would prefer 1GB but R600 is too expensive [if i'm going to spend R735 per month for internet, i'll probably look for something with a 3GB cap :P]

v3g, just thought now but surely you may be able to help with a general idea here from the system? or would that be divulging inside information.....(in which case we have to do it the hard way)

MyMeg Ten R 5,990.00 10GB R 2.00/MB R 0.60/MB

I find that the 250 is just right for GPRS speed, I can not possibly browse more than that a day, we do not have 3G access as yet and doubt that we ever will.(small little village out in the sticks)

Not to sure how 'sensitive' the info is, but I'll tell you this: A much larger number than what I expected have 3G Ten.

I'm quite keen to get the stats on the 3G forumites specifically, i.e. how many 3G subscribers are visiting and contributing here.

MyMeg 150 for now until 3G rolls out to my area, then maybe MyMeg 250 or 500. Got the company VPN system working (using internetvpn APN) and would require a higher data volume when connected to the company mail server on 3G.
