Mysterious battery drain while I am sleeping?

First it happened on Saturday morning. I went to bed on Friday night and there was still about half left. I wake up and it is completely drained. When I woke up this morning, AGAIN, battery completely drained.

The only thing I can think of that might be causing this is that the network is acting up and making my BB's data connection go crazy sometime during the late hours of the night or early hours of the morning.

THANK YOU I HAVE THE EXACT SAME ISSUE WITH MY BB 9300 AS WELL! Except I am running OS6
 
OC - You're not alone ... I have also got a BB 9300 and from time to time also wake up with my battery dead!? I thought that my phone was the only one that did that ... but it appears that I'm not the only gay in the village. My BF lives in Durban and I live alone so it cant be anyone creeping into my room at night to take advantage of me / it *sighs*.

I AM THE ONLY GAY IN THE VILLIAGE! GO FIND YOUR OWN FCKING VILLIAGE DAMMIT!

Well, I decided to live on the edge last night and did not plug my phone into the charger. Battery was fine this morning when I woke up. :-) I hope the problem is gone now.

Nope, definitely must be an OS6 issue?

Come to think of it, my wife's BB 9300 is running OS5 and she doesn't have this issue?
