I glued mine as per Lancelot's recommendation, so far so good, total cost about R20-00, how much is super glue these days?...

hehe... Try the super glue route, getting the back cover off is really not all that difficult and a bit of strategically placed super glue and bobs your auntie....My N95s back is still being held in place by press stick. sad but true.

Nokia at Vodaworld Midrand offered to swap out all my covers for around R600 (Front cover, back cover, buttons, side buttons, speaker grills, camera cover, the works) so I'd try them.
It is a little frustrating as I have also been told the ones available are generic ones for between R100 and R150. Yet online you find genuine, full cover not just battery cover, for 12 pounds... I'd pay around R180 for a genuine!
Anyway I myself resorted to the solution provided in the other thread link i posted. I took off the whole cover and glued the battery cover to the rest of the cover from within. It dried perfectly and from outside you can't tell the difference. I don't access the battery that often anyway.
