Nano SIM's on CellC

Just waited at Federal Road for 45 minutes while the staff had a chat, it was very exciting, probably won't be going with Cell C, 2 interactions so far have been terrible...
 
I think the delays are worth waiting for, considering you will never get such a good contract anywhere else.

Yep. Can one take out a new deal on iphone and in month or so when I can port from another network, convert the iphone phone no to my ported number?

I got the SMS yesterday morning that my delivery is on it's way, thanks cell c!
 
Have to give a shout out to Cell C rep - helped me find a store with Nano Sims (and they actually had when I went there)
He/She/They then also helped to port my number and it was done within hours and before their promised time.

Very impressed!!

Jah, I think i'm just a bit further down the waiting list as I placed my order on the 3rd of Jan and havnt gotten any SMS or other forms of communication yet, gotta give it to cell c for keeping their call center in the loop as 3 different consultants told me that they had stock on the day I ordered, just to be informed after I ordered my phone that they only expect stock at the end of Jan. :wtf:
 
Cell c samsung s5 swop sim to a5

I have a new samsung a5 and have downloaded all data ftom my old s5 via smartswitch via computer backup. However th s5 has a micro sim and a5 hss a nano sim. How do I sim swop to keep excisting cell number?

Thank you for posting to us.

Kindly note that you would need to purchase a new SIM card, and ensure that it is not RICA registered.

Once done, you can PM the Cell C number in question + the RICA serial number of the new SIM card. We will assist.
