Natural Sleeping Medication that works?

Magnesium glycinate and lemon balm.

Lemon balm promotes calmness and reduces anxiety. It's easily grown in a pot or garden and is non-addictive. Steep five leaves in freshly boiled water for 5 minutes.

Try melatonin
I see Amazon.co.za has melatonin gummies with no melatonin listed in the ingredients.

Melatonin is not approved for sale without prescription in South Africa but some pharmacies will sell it to you from a hidden crate under the Labubu dolls.

Magnesium glycinate, glycine and ashwaganda in the evenings, plus make sure your eyes are exposed to direct sunlight as soon as possible in the mornings, and no coffee after midday.

Don't be like that.
It's a bit frustrating having someone ask for help but then treat a potential solution like a joke. What's more important - your caffeine addiction or actually trying to improve your sleep?

Not Natural but 12.5mg of Zolpidem(Stilnox MR)(there is also a 10mg "lighter" version available) gives me the best night sleep and I am up and energetic the next day, Samsung Health app reports more REM sleep when I take that

If it works for you and you wake up feeling good, fair enough, everyone’s different when it comes to sleep meds. Zolpidem is one of the few that aims to give more “normal-ish” sleep instead of just knocking you out, so not surprised the REM graph looks better.

My only thing with those is that long-term they can still mess with sleep dependency and tolerance for some people, so I’d use them more as a tool than a permanent solution. But yeah, compared to the old antihistamine sedatives, Zolpidem is definitely a cleaner option for most people.

I've also seen some stuff about long term use with certain drugs and increased chances of alzheimer's. Either way, I think it's worth the effort of trying to figure out the problem and only using those drugs in a pinch.

You making assumptions is the problem. Rather ask me before jumping to conclusions. Alternatively stick to the OP then.

You regularly post coffee pics with your dinner. What assumptions / conclusions am I making?
