Need a mesh setup for 2-storey house

Looking to replace my 2x Huawei AX3 dual-core routers. Have a 2-storey brick/concrete house. 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs. Downstairs have 2 cameras connected but have a spare switch if needed. Upstairs have 2 wired desktops. Have about 50 devices on 2.4GHz (mainly smart bulbs, switches, etc) and rest of the devices (mobile phones, tvs, etc) on 5GHz. I want at least enough static IPs, wouldn't mind if it could run OpenWrt, Adguard Home is also a plus. If I could spend under R3500 on 2 devices that would be great. Worth looking at the Cudy WiFi7 devices?

Windows sh*ts the bed with the downloads from Cudy so here are the two main files.
* Use Ethernet cable
** Don't blame me if you c*ck it up
1. Use within the OEM firmware as an intermediary upgrade - default 192.168.10.1
openwrt-mediatek-filogic-cudy_wr3000-v1-sysupgrade.bin
2. Once the above has been done use the next one as the proper openwrt version - default 192.168.1.1
openwrt-23.05.3-mediatek-filogic-cudy_wr3000-v1-squashfs-sysupgrade.bin

* The Wireless interfaces are off by default and need to be enabled...
