Need a new ISP - Not getting much joy with Vox support

Hi all,

I have found myself in need of a new ISP in JHB northern suburbs. Currently been with Vox for over a decade but this week I have had no internet and all my tickets get closed - resolved as it appears I am cross patched and no one seems to take it seriously so each day I have to re-open the case.

I need some advice from the community - who do you recommend? My only requirement is that I can bring my own router and it should be easy to migrate.

I appreciate any input here. Working from home has become impossible and I can't wait the '72 business hours' it might take to resolve.

Cool Ideas and Afrihost should definitely be on your shortlist. Both allow you to use your own router
