Need for a simple cost effective telephony solution

Hi guys,

We run a non-profit organization using a push to talk application, however we would like to introduce a telephone service channel in addition.

I was hoping you guys can help me out here.

1. We need basic call forwarding functionality form a single incomming line to 3 telephone numbers (volunteers will be using their own cellphones)

We need the call to be routed to 3 lines simultaniously so that any one person on the forwarding group can take the call.

2. We need the ability to dynamically change the forwarding numbers to other lines as our shifts change. I.e. 3 lines for the 06:00-18:00 shift and three new users from the 18:00-06:00 shift.

We need to be able to change it without out physically accessing the he telephone system or line i.e. Online

3. We need a very cost effective solution as we are a non-profit (community policing) organization we dont have any budget and we will have to cover these costs by ourselves or through a sponsor.

Does anyone know of a simple solution offered by any of the telecoms co that would meet our need?
 
1. You can manage forwarding on their web portal. Don't know if 3 external numbers will ring but I do know that you can have 3 internal lines on a group and anyone can answer.

2. Possible with their online portal.

3. I'm sure they can assist. The response sip lines and extensions are relatively cheap.

One more thing. You can download a soft phone on your cell which can act as an extension.
