Need for Speed: The Run

Hi,

I would like to know if Need for Speed: The Run will be LAN'able locally (Play with computers connected to a Hub without the internet).

Also, will my Laptop be able to handle the game? I have:

- Intel Core i7 2630QM (2.0GHz - 2.9GHz)
- 6GB RAM DDR3 1333MHz
- Nvidia GT 525M 1GB DDR3
- 500GB HDD 7200RPM
- HD LED SCREEEN

If it cant, what can I do to improve performance so I can run the game? I have about 2 Grand in my bank account.

It would indeed be sad if that system couldn't handle it. The sad state of affairs of gaming on PC

whats the make and model of your laptop? I have been looking to get a laptop similar to yours.. And how much did you pay?

LAN, unlikely. The last NFS game, Shift 2, didn't have LAN. Think EA would exclude it intentionally in their "fight against piracy".

I have a Dell XPS L502X. I bought it from Incredible Connection for R10999.95, if you buy from dell i hear its cheaper.

edit: nvm, saw your other post. That pretty damn cheap for that kind of laptop
