Unfortunately it is very old. I can't format it and load windows for her, because the notebook starts up, but only gives a black screen. You can press F12 until you're blue in the face, nothing happens. I suspect there might be a problem with the memory, but don't know how to remove the memory from this thingamajig.
Any advice???
