Need help with a boardband connection

Hey all,

I need some advice,

I stay on a farm approximately 20kms from Standerton, which is about 180kms top 200kms from JHB for those who don't know.

I would like to get some kind of broadband connection at an affordable price of course.

ASDL is not a option as there is no telkom lines so I have to look at some sort of wireless connection.

I do have full cell phone signal, but no stable 3G, the best I get with my 3G data dongle is edge or gprs, sometimes I do get one bar of 3G, but it is very intermitted and unstable.


Do you guys in the know of a possible solution!

Try a different cellphone network perhaps?

Have tried both Vodacom and MTN.

Do you possible think that one of the other networks could have better signal?
Do they not share towers to some extent in the rural areas?
