anything i need to look out for when reinstalling the lifters , i got it back from the stop with them out of the head?

Nah they are nice and cheap and simply to install, so is everything around them, that's the beauty of these mass produced simple little engines, everything is cheap as chips so you can take advantage of this and replace the whole lifter assembly if you like.

Indeed quite cheap : ) , R60 for rocker , ~R30 for seat

R420 for complete headset
R150 for bolts
R384 for 4 exhuast valves

camshaft bolt and crankshaft torque settings?

also i push the old tensioner to correct position and tighten it but when i turn the motor the tension moves out of its mark.. is it a bad tensioner and should i replace or am i doing something wrong

tensioner could just be forked bru, its like R150 for a new one.... when in doubt... just get a new one

she started , just need to throw in juice tomorrow. i used some of my old spice at the intake and she started purring lol. just need to make sure havent switched the return and feed fuel lines..

ooooh my kinda thing! that will be a C14NV basic corsa/utility cylinder head, should use a rubber valve cover gasket instead of the older type heads with a thick cork one

some call it a 6W engine

if you have a vernier you can measure the head size of the valves and i can confirm for you
