Need SIM cards provisioned by MTN

I have been waiting for 6 weeks to have 100 SIM cards provisioned by MTN, but they do not appear to be able to do this. Does anyone know what is going on or could advise on a course of action to move this forward. We use Echo as a comms motel and they appear to be able to move this forward either. Any assistance appreciated.

No, more like SIM cards supplied, the billing linked to the company account, the limits setup and stuff like that

The SIm cards have been supplied, are specific to our APN, but have not been activated to allow use on the APN or even connect to the MTN network.

Oh, so all they way at the final stage and needs to be provisioned on the network for your APN. Our corporate has similar issues with them.
