Need some help on ADSL abuse

They are expensive, but when I was with them on dialup they were great especialy their support - you get what you pay for maybe.

This could have changed since merging with MWeb though.
 
Bit off topic - but my mom hasn't been recieving emails from a few people with her Tiscali account - she phoned them and apparently her mac which has been working fine for the past 3 years is the problem :(
 
The problem is that be it Tiscali or MWEB there is no way to get to the root of the problem without registering a police case , getting a case number etc. Tiscali claims that you cannot have concurrent users using the same username . If the system does not allow this then how do you have more than 24 hrs of use with the same username.
 
id suggest, make self-use of the concurrent connect but change the password so that you can reap that bit of a benefit and not others.

all is im saying is why are ppl still with 3 gig accounts when others are a little bit more for alot more.

well if they are the best why cant they have a 30 gig account for under 600?

because they make more money ripped ppl off
