You should NEVER accept being treated like sht is what you deserve, ever. In the same breath I just want to point out again that people really want to help you.
I unfortunately dont have any idea how hard your fight is but try to take small steps at a time and you will see you will build confidence and you might wake up in a week feeling "lighter".
See if you can remove just 1 poster from your ignore list, engage with them and try to find a way to fight through the emotions, it will make you stronger for the next fight.
We unfortunately live in a society where its "fun" to make fun of people, and Im nit excluding myself, but you need to find a way to fight these things. Its difficult and a huge call but face the small things, get your brain to fight the emotions instead of trying to get away from it, its not healthy for your mental state.
Lastly, try to get your diet in check. Many of our mental health issues stems from incorrect diet which we obviously neglect when we are feeling a bit off.
Again, you've got this man, you have been here for too long to fail now. Believe in yourself, you are stronger than this.
