neighbour issues

Could be that the guy isn't intentionally being difficult. You need to live with your neighbours so invite the guy around for coffee and have a talk with him. He fixed the holes pretty quickly, maybe he overlooked the tile grout and it was an honest mistake. Builders are notorious for doing stuff like this and your neighbour seems to be willing to clean up after them.

As for the wall, talk to him. Ask him if it would be possible to raise it and express your concerns.

I don't think the guy is intentionally disrespecting you because you are young.
 
Is the damaged driveway on your property or is it on the road reserve and therefore the Municipalities property?
 
Why the hell did they get cement on your paving in the first place? It's a b*tch to clean off...

yes the measured approach. will go speak to him but the coffee is a bit of a stretch now. i guess its an accumulation of stuff thats got me so engry!

surveillance has been on my mind for a while now. found some branches and stuff that blocked my drain once. suspect it was the same guy. the tree is on the side where his son built his house in the yard.

tell me about it. its stained. and to make it worse. every time i pull into my driveway someone in my head goes 'TAAA DAAA!!'

its not that easy buddy. this situation can get worse very quickly. just tried to calm down before i went around again that's all. but i know i'll probably get pi.... when i talk to him. me and the wife realized afterwards the impact of the building in the yard. by that time we had signed already unfortunately.
