EDIT: Another thing to mention. My modem hasn't connected to the usual tower since later that night Henry was here. It is now continually connecting to the CellID's 9221 and 9226. With that in hand... how is it i have LESS problems with towers further away from me than the one giving me the problems, if this is indeed a problem with signal quality and/or strength?

i've been following this thread for a while now and it really seems that whatever the guys are trying to do to assist you, you shooting down! They supplied you with an antenna to improve the RX that you keep complaining about. Why not trying to make that your top priority to get it installed?

I know you got a problem with the landlord, but surely you can't blame Vodacom cause you not able to install the antenna?! Correct me if I'm wrong, but you've mention that 3 guys from Vodacom already visit you and you said that all were incompetent? Is that because all referred to the fact that you do in fact need the antenna

What do you think is the problem, what do they need to do to fix your problem? Cause i see from this thread that guys all base around you doesnt seem to be experiencing the issue you having

Very important : are you connected they want to do a trace now as they are on site or close to you, and what is your physical address ?
