Neotel and VOIP

I looking to get the Neotel Lite Unlimited option but since that bundle's only practical application is the internet, can anybody suggest an option to use the internet to make free calls primarily to landlines and cell phones locally.

Which option has the lowest rates if it is not possible to get free calls???

Take a look at either www.voipraider.com or www.12voip.com. The service costs 10 Euros for 90 days of use. They also offer a local phone to phone option that costs around 60 SA cents per call (not per minute) at any time. You only need the internet connection to activate the call. You can test the phone to phone service free of charge from the home page of the Voipraider website. If you are also planning to call SA cell phones then voipraider offers cheaper rates than 12voip. To compare rates take a look at www.backsla.sh/betamax. If you download their softphone you can also try out the service using your Neotel internet connection but the quality of the phone to phone connection should be better.
