PostNet Stores
Neotel has partnered with PostNet South Africa’s largest privately-owned over the counter network in the document and parcel market. The NeoConnect products are currently available through selected PostNet stores in Johannesburg. As our coverage areas expand so too will the availability of NeoConnect through PostNet stores in major metropolitan areas.

How long does it take to work?
Both NeoConnect Prime and Lite are extremely easy to use. This single connection is wireless, eliminating long waiting periods and complex installation procedures. You can start making phone calls as well as sending and receiving SMS as soon as your Service is activated.
Activations are done in store if purchasing from PostNet or immediately after the device is delivered to you if ordered via the Call Centre. For connecting to the internet, you will only need to install set-up software (provided with your device) to your PC/ Laptop, plug the accompanying data cord in and open up an internet connection.
