I just saw a neotel advert on tv advertising some voip phone of sorts where you can make call to new york for 38c/minute!!!

Not of much use to me but its a start for for residential customers! :D

Sure you weren't sleeping, I keep on thinking Neotel is my imagination.

Wow! Its about time. Iv got a feeling the logo has some red colour...

One thing I must say, not a very original idea for an add!
It's like a plane just landed and then it says "SA to New York for 38cents per minute"
Could they not have done better???

Can't wait either, at the moment i am phoning 0800375375 and holding on for allready 45 minutes "thank you for holding all our service consultants are still busy, please be patient your call will be answered as soon as a service consultant is available":sick:

LOL moklet did you hear that dude speak there right in the beginning.."our call centre is experiencing high volume of calls..blah blah.." he talks so fast that you can hardly hear anything he says.

That voice is now there by default. Completely useless and incompetent is the only way to describe their support (i shudder to call it support) centre. The whole organisation is useless and incompetent but then we all know that.

SPIT

i cant wait...my wimax was installed on tuesday and am still not connected...

About 26c/min to New York using Skype, and unlike Neotel it's available today already. Just a free download, a credit card for topping up, and no monthly rental fees. (Plus PC-to-PC calls are free anywhere in the world and video-calls supported too.) I'm sure you can find cheaper international rates too if you look around a bit. Of course you need Internet for Skype.

April is Neotel's month. Product details will be available a week before the launch, or so I heard. Imminent!!! :D

I was actually thinking about this the other day. I was sure that their 100 days were up. Unfortunately there are so many 100 days statements from them I have lost track...
