We got hit by loadshedding yesterday and when the power came back on, our connection was off; and still is this morning (nearly 24 hours later). Is anyone else on the Neotel fibre network experiencing issues? Our service provider just keeps telling me they've "escalated" it. Liquid Telecom doesn't appear particularly forthcoming with information. We are in the Milnerton/Montague Gardens area.
