Its been 9 days since I last received feedback.
This is the last mail I have just sent off to Neotel.

You won't get any feedback soon. Apparently, their financial record is in a mess i.e. debtors not ageing correctly, mismatched payments to invoices, invoices/statement don't tie up with their accounting records ect. I know I'm not the only one. Had faxed copies of my bank statements to prove my payment history. Its one big joke really. I can stand occasional internet slowdown speeds, but this takes the cake.

It took them 5 months last year to refund an overpayment after much screaming and swearing from my sidr. I suggest you all process stop orders /w your banks immediately, chances, they mooch as much from u now you're cancelling.

I am with STD Bank, the amount came off for Neotel, but within minutes STD Bank had reversed and I have it back in my account.

Now I have to figure out how to get my deposit back and how long they will take to give me the rest of the Credit (which I still dont have a copy of till next statement).
