Next time I move house, I'm making sure it also has ADSL. I'm not going to even consider putting up with this nonsense.
 
lol, I'm wasn't even a client yet and they treated me like crap...I was interested in NeoConnect Prime, but they didn't reply to my emails to 3 different addresses and when I applied at Postnet I was told I can only have a 15gig package and not the Unlimited one...

Which is bollocks considering I pay Telkom more than R1200 for my ADSL and it is only 30Gb...
 
Dispite everything NeoHELL still does not care

My NEOFLEX line keeps dropping and the only way of reconnection is rebooting the router.

Dear Neotel, thank you so much for NOT being able to provide me with a service since you launched 18 months ago, that way, I have not had issues like the rest of your poor customers.
 
I havent been able to connect to the the Internet with my Neoflex for the last week. Not one bit of data has been moved. Cant get through to the farking call centre cos it doesnt work. WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY. I PAY GOOD MONEY FOR NOTHING, NOTHING AT ALL

@RPM PLEASE CAN YOU HELP US SOME HOW. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE.
 
What I would like to know is how these guys managed to get a licence.

Maybe the bidders that lost out would have done a better job. We will never know.

Thats EXACTLY the issue .. its jobs (and licences) for mates .. how about a public process involving a fixed business plan and strategy rollout that has DATES .. and you miss your milestone, your license is REVOKED .. and all that money you spent .. just flushes down the toilet like every customer that is paying and not getting a service.

Wish the licenses had been open to public scrutiny and voted on by Joe "Paying Public" .. maybe then we could've awarded it to companies with an actual track record.

NEOTEL .. you are the Telecoms joke of the decade .. now FO so someone else can step in
 
It's also NeoGo. They claim speeds of 3Mbps but I can only reach average speeds of less than 1Kbps.

1% = 30Kbps.

All I'm asking for is one third of their claim (1Mbps) but I'll shut up if they can at least provide 10%.

What's the point of holding them to a 97% uptime rate when your connectivity rate is less than 1%? At that rate it's cheaper and quicker to train and fly pigeons.

I am so glad I didnt sign up with Neotel. Think I would rather get ADSL.

Only a year left of my contract then I move to ADSL :D
 
I guess that is why they keep their coverage limited. Less coverage = less potentially p*ss*d off customers :p
