Neotel Wireless 4 mb uncapped latency and speed issues

Hi

I am located in PTA west and since Thursday I've been struggling with latency and download speeds( Upload speed times out in mybroadband speed test). I've done factory reset and still the same.

Anyone else seem to have this same issue?:cry::cry::cry:
 
We've been experiencing a massive deterioration in fibre services, seems like there's not enough core capacity.

Will most probably be unreleated but your problem could also be capacity issue related :confused::erm:
