when i had my 56k modem, NexusOnline always forwarded all the networking issues if any has been sent to them by IS...

I get all the saix notices- I could always forward them somewhere

I'll host a mailman server for that if anyone is keen - would be overseas though... which could be good or bad - depends if its a local or intl link that goes down
