Network Printer-pdf documents Help

I have 2727 hp(4in1) printer on the print server - using pcl6 drivers - when the user prints some pdf documents it print page after page with no problems/delay,however other pdf documents end up spooling to about 80mb+ and when it starts to print the delay between each page that is printed is around 30secs+ ( Is there a way this can be solved?) any help would be greatly appreciated

Reprint the PDF file with Cutepdf,then send it to the printer and see what it does

Just a question, what sizes are these pdf's?
I once had a design agency have this issue, its because they had massive hi res pics in the pdf...

the pdf's range from 0.5mb - 20mb(max) ,the one atm that is taking awhile to print is 2.5mb


@PsyWulf - same thing happened it spooled for 30mb instead of 80mb -still took some time to print

In the print dialog, select "Print as Image", It'll cause the processing of the PDF to be done on the PC instead of on the Printer.

(at least, thats how I managed to get my PDF printing to speed up)
