New DSTV Now login

Hi, I recently purchased my cousins Macbook air. I've been trying to logon to DSTV now but it keeps giving me an error stating 'Your account details are incorrect'.
- I cleared all the browsers' caches
- Quit the browsers and refreshed them
- The laptop is not a linked device
- I've restarted and shut the laptop down
- I'm only able to logon using his login details, and proceeded to sign out from that account, then tried logging on using my account details (still does not work)

- Has anyone ever experienced this problem and how do I resolve this issue?

He will probably have to contact the MC call centre and get the device removed from his profile before you can activate it on your profile.
