You have explicitly ask us to remove you from us our database , we have mentioned to you that we cannot just remove from receiving our specials as we update our database weekly to add new registrations so the only way to remove and stop sending you our emails specials and communications was to delete your account from our system, our online ordering site and delete your email address from our database
We made the error of adding once again after we updated and you again explicitly posted on the forum that we should remove you .
Unfortunately there is no way to add your details back on our system as there is no trace of any kind as we made sure as per your request that we remove you permanently , so we do not want to make the same error three times and you do not have to post again on the forum to stop receiving our emails.
I am glad that those Online Retailers mentioned by you were able to assist you with the product you were looking for.
Regarding our products we do have over 10 000 products and many more to come over the next few months as we sign up new distribution agreements , however it is not humanly possible for all the sales people to know each and every item we have in stock , however we do have a training session with our sales people every Tuesday’s from 7am until 8am , the Arctic products you are referring to came in the night before hence the sales staff did not know the products and they were all still in the Receiving warehouse getting serialised and getting entered on to the system and were not on the shelves in the Xpress Store nor in any of the branches –I am aware of this as we have a “post mortem of the week” –every week on Saturdays with our management in different departments to discuss issues like this.
Almost all the information on 90% of our products are on our online website with Product Overview, Features and Specifications and if clients request more information on a particular product we oblige to add that information on the site which we do daily , Our Online Site may not the best of looking sites around but is the most informative site among any other distributor in the country , I know this for a fact as my team that captures get offers almost every month from other distributors trying to pouch them to update their sites. We even have many Online retailers actually plagiarising our data to add to their sites

EDIT 2 @IceQB My humble apologises for the terrible remark , I was just irate that we proved to you that there was nothing wrong with the " Smoking PSU" yet you posted on the forum and again even showed your business partner that it was still running for two days on the workbench and yet still you did not confirm that it was working as I mentioned we have sold over 1000 plus of those Cases with PSU’s and have not seen a single failure as yet as we made sure that each PSU is of excellent quality from our supplier in China and even have our team in our China office inspect the quality control and have SABS approval on them and on many of the products we import as we have got burnt many times from unscrupulous manufacturers.
