Feel free to tear this particular SP a new one...I have been with them since 2000 and am often apalled & frustrated at the level of service I receive...like now, I am trying to send them a message using their online billing system to get the 10 MB data bundle loaded onto my account. This is *supposed* to be easy, because things get done without me having to fax through the hundredth copy of my ID....but the system has been saying "we apologise there was an error" since yesterday morning.
D'oh!
