New office - Fibre options

Hi Guys,

We are moving to a new premise in Boksburg, and i've applied for a PRI Rate line for our PABX.
Now Telkom are going to install a fibre link for the PRI, but along with that they bring in another 10 strands of fibre, for redundancy and expansion.

So my question is: What are my best options for an Internet break-out via Fibre?
Is Telkom ISP my only option, or are other ISP's also on the Telkom Fibre network?

Who is the best? Value for Money?
I had one guy cold call me from some unknown company trying to sell me Fibre, bad mouthing Telkom about best effort and all that, so i'm not 100% sure what the best route to take on this Fibre.

Is telkom just supplying the last mile in Fibre, or how does it work?

I'm in a similar situation, office at Menlyn Corner, urgently need Fibre but apparently Neotel can't get a way into the building.

What alternatives fibre suppliers are there that are worth contacting?
