Their new pricing makes them the cheapest operator among the well known broadband providers MTN, Telkom, Vodacom and iBurst, and they are now far better positioned to increase their subscriber numbers than they were last year.
They will honor the classic contracts, and I think your speed will go up as well. How are the old classic customers going to be affected by the new prices? Lets hope they are going to upgrade our service by speedng it up.
Hi
Never before have the terms "Broadband" "Internet" "Service" "Provider" been so loosely and generously applied.
Sentech's coverage is patchy
Their support staff have a highly variable skill level
Their support process has 2 support levels, and the level you talk to have limited ability to directly diagnose and repair problems.
The connection is usually slow, and often broken.
I saved the best for last
If you phone the help desk and ask to be put through to Customer Complaints, they tell you that they are not allowed to put you through and they are not allowed to give you the phone number!!!!!
Can't wait to ditch them.
