But anyway, yes that is how you enter them. You can also download the foxy proxy addon for firefox.

Thanks for bringing this thread back to the surface. 'Twas a very interesting read!

Open proxies are so unreliable. The best would be to have a friend on uncapped/4meg and ask him to run a proxy when he can. Pity I don't have any friends within the parameters for this to work
