I'm thinking about getting some upgrades for my current pc as it's limited by the CPU and the mobo, and I don't see anything on Carb that is drawing my attention. This is what I have at the moment:

• Processor (CPU): AMD Ryzen 5 8500G
• Graphics Card (GPU): RX 9060 XT 16GB
• Motherboard: MSI A620M-E Pro (AM5 / DDR5)
• RAM: 32GB (2x16GB) Patriot Viper Venom 6000MHz DDR5 RGB

I could swap the CPU to a Ryzen 5 9600X, but I think the X3D would be better for me. Any thoughts?

Okay you don't need aio for a 9600x, also you're going for B650??

Get an B850 for a scooch more. The 9600x is better for productivity, but the 7500x3d would be better for gaming.

Nvidia isn't exactly great on drivers lately. I've not had any timeouts on my 9070, though it does at times tell me the driver has crashed and reset stuff which is odd.
Oddly enough the b580 seems more stable

So, had to go the DDU route after this happened (again). If it doesn’t hold up now, I’m going to bin it and break the bank to get something new and shiny.
