Beware!!! MIRO’s service is going down the drain. I stood at the technical counter for +20min..
Miro has changed their policy on EMP damage, I was told by MIRO that Mikrotik and Ubiquiti would be changed out, no questions asked. They have now gone back on their word and would not exchange the equipment today.
If that is the new rule then why does MIRO not send out an e-mail to their clients and inform them that the warranty has changed.
Scoop offers the same equipment at lower prices. Miro has lost my business.
