if you have an issue you approach a support person. thats why they here. if you got 8ta to go onto the new server then its a bit more complicated than it "it works or it doesnt". like i said, concern yourself about your own lovely 8ta experience...

Our team who usually deals with testing have been busy with the LTE rollout and have not been able to test for this for us as yet. We hope to get a response from them by the end of next week.

Then stopped.
It now gives a new error message: permission denied.

Update - 19/11
Then it worked, and stopped again.
Back to permission denied error.

we have been kicked off for a while now. 8ta is "investigating". response is two weeks late by the looks of it...
