Because it draws a lot of hostility and flamewars if it's available openly. That's why only people who are willing to deal with the repetitive nature of the questions should make themselves available to deal with it via PM. There are already two volunteers willing to make such a sacrifice.

You on the other hand should sthu if you dont know what the hell you are talking about - because I dont post all that often from join time to now doesnt mean I dont help - heard of pm? Stop being so uppity - this isnt newshost.za.net and thats the point im trying to get accross. I help people whenever I can I just refuse to help on newshost threads that pop up every day , its a bit redundant if you wish to keep holding peoples hands.

You do not deserve the courtesy paid to HighflyerGP. He is cool oke, he has been on this forum for ages and often helps people with his comments/insight/directions. You, on the other hand, contribute nothing.

There is an ISP SECTION for that reason, there is no Newshost section - if you want one make one but stop creating a thread every single day in every subsection of this forum - go to newshost.za.net or as said above pm people or simply use SEARCH.

Don't come with your personal attacks based on post count and join date and then suddenly want the thread closed - for one my post count does not match or beat yours but I have been viewing this forum since 2005 and help people via pm where possible. It's uncalled for to launch a personal assualt when all im doing is pointing out this is the incorrect place for his question.

Dude, personal attacks have nothing to do with postcount. I, for one, never engage in personal attacks of any kind. This is, however, not the 1st time I have seen you contribute nothing else to the start of a thread(mostly with someone asking for something in the wrong manner or simply in the wrong subsection) but insults or demands for the person to cease posting.

We were all noobs at one stage. A bit of tolerance is what is needed here.
