Thing is, you can be 'nice', friendly, polite or whatever without being a pathetic pushover. You can also have confidence without being a douche. Trick is finding the balance.

Some guys who approach the friendzone, or who are already in it, tend to act as if the more pathetic they act the more likely the girl will be to actually go for them. Pretty dismal circle that turns into. So next time she tries to use you for something, laugh and say no, you've got plans. If she knows you're pining over her it'll just feed into that circle of fail.

Just me but I reckon you have much better relationships (not really sexual) with girls you shagged before. The nice pu$$y/acommadating/agreeable guy thing does not work. Girls will actually pass you on to their friends if you know what I mean, fsck women gossip a lot, anything from your manners to your how you are in bed. Men and women treat sex differently, guys get way to needy/jealous/possessive while women don't give a fsck. Be confident, be assertive, speak your mind and rule the relationship. This is gonna sound sexist but women need a leader, if you can't lead they are gonna walk all over you and lose all respect for you. Get it right and you will be chased (in a nice way). You don't have to be a dick to get this right.

The problem with douche "nice guys" is they are fundamentally dishonest with women. They spend time with the women in their lives and do all that stuff for them because ultimately theyy want to fcck them. All the while behaving as if they are just the womans friend. Whereas the so called "bad guys" make their intentions clear from the beginning. Who's a girl going to go to when she want's sex? The guy who acts like a platonic friend or the guy who she knows wants to fcck her? For one thing there is no fear of rejection and two, guys who know what they want and aren't scared to ask for it are sexy.

I use to believe I was the "nice guy" and thats why I always came last. Then one day I accepted reality and realised it was not because I was nice, it was because I was pathetic.

True but I personally can't be friends with the women I've dated. Prefer for a clean start. FWB though are a totally differant matter

Edit: If you give more than you can afford (be that financially or emotionally) you will lose. Real nice guys (as opposed to losers who whine about finishing last) give what they can afford in abundance to those who deserve it.

Ja, perhaps useless/useful is the wrong choice of words. But really, we get we want by giving others what they want. If a girl wants a guy who makes her laugh and excites her and your just giving her flowers and lifts and helping her move... you get myy point I'm sure.
