No 5G

Rain is actually embarrassing. I logged a call saying I have network issues on Saturday. Fast forward a few days later, I get an email telling me to upgrade to Rain One, but nothing on the call that I logged. An absolute **** show.

@rain_mobile thanks for trying to call. It seems to have recovered now and is on 5G again. Perhaps your team did something. No need to follow up.

When this happens it's almost always because the closest 5G capable site to you has either malfunctioned or been vandalized. I've been dealing with this lately but it seems it's actually one thing not entirely in Rain's control.
