No 5G

@rain_mobile the 5G in my area has not worked since the 19th. I'm stuck on LTE. Router reboots don't help. What gives? Please PM me
 
Rain is actually embarrassing. I logged a call saying I have network issues on Saturday. Fast forward a few days later, I get an email telling me to upgrade to Rain One, but nothing on the call that I logged. An absolute **** show.
 
When this happens it's almost always because the closest 5G capable site to you has either malfunctioned or been vandalized. I've been dealing with this lately but it seems it's actually one thing not entirely in Rain's control.
