Rain having network issues?

Hey @rain_mobile, what's going on with your 5G speeds lately. Massive latency, instability, router is connected but nothing is replying. I am in the Glenwood area in Durban.

Router and ping, note the worsening latency until it times out:

Switching the router to LTE is equally disappointing:

This has been going on for weeks now. What's going on?

@rain_mobile I think the problem is deeper than a tower outage.

I am connected to 5G, I have 4 bars of signal, but I get zero replies on a ping. It just is not working. I have to keep changing to LTE to have internet, and I'm not paying you guys for 5G to get 4mbps LTE speeds.

Please figure it out.

LTE at 4Mbps - still pathetic
 
@rain_mobile I'm now sick and tired of your bad network, slow connections and barely even having a 4G connection. Your service has become so **** in the recent months, service and connection dropping badly. Are you going out of business? Only thing that can explain your crap connection and speed. Time to cancel @rain_mobile and actually get a service that CAN deliver what is promised

What I'm I supposed to do with this monumental appalling network @rain_mobile, your service has just got worse and worse!
