+1 for the monitor driver - the Sammies do this on certain boards. Also try and start the PC in Safe Mode, and see if it boots to the VGA mode - if so, then it's probably the graphics and/or monitor driver.

They are all very similar but not exact. I have a photo of it, but how do i upload the photo here?
There is no display when my card is plugged in and the screen is in the onboard. Only when i take the card out, is there a picture
There won't be because you BIOS disables the onboard when it detects a card in the PCI-E slot. There is a setting to change this though.

Different for all boards. The problem though is that the card displays nothing at all, even at boot. Changing the setting would not help. You need to put another card that does work into the MOBO and test that....
As I understand it he already has tried with another card and it does the same.
