No image with new graphics card

+1 for the monitor driver - the Sammies do this on certain boards. Also try and start the PC in Safe Mode, and see if it boots to the VGA mode - if so, then it's probably the graphics and/or monitor driver.

It's a Jetway P4M9MP-PB I believe.

When you say there is no image, you mean you don't even see POST? Have you tried another pci-e graphics card?
 
There is just a blank screen when i turn on my computer. I have tried another card. And i have the same problem
 
Then the problem is either that your motherboards pci-e slot is buggered or that your motherboard doesn't switch to the pci-e gfx card.

What happens when you have the gfx card plugged in, and the screen into the onboard?
 
I don't think the slot is broken because My ASUS 8600GT worked a few days ago, but then sold my monitor, then i had to use a cheap CTR one, so i took my graphics card out. Now i got my new monitor, and it doesn't work with the graphics card.

There is no display when my card is plugged in and the screen is in the onboard. Only when i take the card out, is there a picture
 
Well, it comes down to what is the most likely thing.

The gfx card works in a friends computer you said. But, as soon as you plug anything into your pci-e slot your computer no longer works. And your screen works fine when on the onboard gfx.

So, we know your card works, we know your screen works, and we know that your computer stops working when something is plugged into the pci-e slot.

There won't be because you BIOS disables the onboard when it detects a card in the PCI-E slot. There is a setting to change this though.
 
Is their anyway i can install my gfx card drivers without the gfx card plugged in?
 
Yes you can. But if you don't even see your POST then the problems go deeper then drivers.

Different for all boards. The problem though is that the card displays nothing at all, even at boot. Changing the setting would not help. You need to put another card that does work into the MOBO and test that....

As I understand it he already has tried with another card and it does the same.
 
PCI-e slots can go very suddenly. I had one of mine on my pc go in such a way that directx 9 games had artifacts all over, and directx 10 games crashed. Moved the GFX card to another slot and it worked perfectly.
