Nothing to do with priority, Facebook is run via a local server which is why you are able to access it even when international is down. Don't ask me how it works.

Mweb uncapped is suddenly blazingly fast when it runs, at the moment I'm down. Web Africa is just plain down, and Afrihost is... Well nothing new there.
Is this localized at all? Somehow our Noordhoek branch has internet and hasn't felt the effects of this at all but Hout Bay has nothing.
Guys, what we need to do is... When international conectivity is back up, lets cache the ENTIRE internet locally. Then we won't have to worry about Seacomm again...
