No more gym threads...

So January, February and March have gone by. and i see the number of gym threads has decreased drastically... :D

maybe the gym's are also empty... all the new years gym resolution are now out of the window... :D
 
Gym seemed pretty packed on wednesday night...
 
Starting on monday. Have to fall in with two friends who have been training hard for the last 6 months :(

Think I am going to die.

I have a personal trainer at the moment, so I am dying.
 
Last night was dead quiet apart from the free weights, it was packed. If I see another fat man doing weights instead of cardio, I'm going to scream
 
Even worse the "krag apies" letting the weights fall to the floor....

I wat to scream " if you can not put it down properly do not freaking pick it up idjit!!!"
 
Eish, I havent exercised in 2 weeks and I think I'm gaining weight again.....

Lol, fat people have a right to use free weights as well.

O and weight training burns more fat than cardio ;)

but how else would everyone know how much weight they are doing??? Especially when they are bicep curling with their backs......if they did it properly, they would prob lift half what they are doing now...

This mostly happens with dumbell rows or dumbell bench press/flyes. The reason for that is if you use heavy weights (55Kg and up), you can injure yourself trying to lower it down slowly if you have been fatigued by a heavy set. ;) Now a guy throwing a 15Kg around should be thrown with a 55kg :)

EDIT: Same goes for deadlifts. You cannot gently lower down 260Kg and expect not to possibly hurt yourself.

You look like an idiot because it looks like you can not do it and in failing to do it right you let it drop....
