Noise Reduction

Great free program for those with small sensors and sufffer from noise as well

Is there anything else you guys use for noise reduction? Can Photoshop Elemts 6 do it? I just recieved a copy, but can't find the noise reduction filter :/

Not sure about PSE6. Noise Ninja is pretty good - standalone or plugin for PS and Aperture. Not *too* expensive: between 40 and 80 USD.

The one included with Lightroom is pretty decent, I use that occasionally as well.

The new lightroom is supposed to be really good at RAW file noise reduction as is ACR. I used to use noise ninja but these days, on the rare occasions I want to use NR, I use the Dfine plugin for Aperture.

A little noise is not necessarily a bad thing.
