My phone told me. It downloaded June by itself and notified me and as soon as that was done and phone rebooted, told me about July update. If you go into settings app, system and then update you may be able to force the update?

FWIW, my phone was from MTN

You guys also suffering the hanging camera issue? Nokia's software is rather crappy. Got similar issues with the launcher sometimes just hanging and crashing, but camera is the most annoying and there appears to be no fix for it

You guys are lucky. I hardly use the camera now because it hangs every time I use it. It's apparently a known bug reading online. I'm considering ditching it for another One device later in the year

Also got aug update now - phone asked for a restart

For those that haven't received any updates , could it be that you don't use wi-fi ? Stab in the dark .. perhaps updates only come via WiFi connection ? Not really sure

My friend is on Telkom. Also he uses WiFi. My Nokia 8 updates generally cone towards the end of the month. But strange how the 7 plus isn't getting even July updates

this is how I am checking - go to system update click on check for update - unless there is another way?
