2018I've been using the Nokia 5 for the last two years and now due for an upgrade.keen on getting the 7plus from MTN on my upgrade ,is it a 2018 phone?or the mtn one a later (2019) model?

My problem is that it moves from 280 EUR to 400, would rather say 8.1 is the 8 replacement, though it comes at the mid-point in terms of price. They just shifted the entire line-up up by 100 EUR, moving the 8 to 9, etc.Not really it's still a good phone.
The Nokia 8.1 is the one that's considered it's replacement.
