Update:

  1. The SIM wasn't located correctly in the 'phone, with the result that the new SIM wasn't promulgating. I 'phoned MTNsp, only to be told that all was well. It was only when the MNT shop 'phoned the next day that we learnt of the error. Reseated the SIM and was reconnected < 2 hours later.
  2. The plate charger not working was a result of incorrect instructions from Nokia. Once that was sorted all was well.
 
Install App called "Lumia Pusher". For some reason my Market Place hasn't been notifying me of updates :\
 
Just got my 920. R4500 2nd hand.

So far size and weight seem about what I expected. The screen quality is extraordinary. Black is really black. Phone menu operations are smooth as silk.

I'm doing a factory reset now and going to download lots of stuff on the WiFi :D. No micro-sim yet.

It's all black, looks pretty cool in a Darth Vaderish kinda way.:twisted:

I can't believe the screen quality on this thing, but I'm kinda out of touch with cellphone tech since the iPhone 3.
