Nootropics

Bacopa Monnieri + Gingko Biloba and Lion's mane mushroom have contributed individually or all together to excellent memory retention although I feel the introduction of CDP-Choline along with the Alpha GPC and morning eggs could potentially be negatively affecting these gains?

I've stopped taking all of these nootropics, the only thing I consume now is:

Vitamin D3
Zinc Gluconate
Vitamin B Complex

Before I stopped with last stack I completey cut out Alpha GPC, CDP Choline and Tyrosine in the middle/end of Feb.
I added Ashwagandha which I believe to have been a mistake in my opinion as I feel it has negatively affected my ability to think clearly and led to very frequent mood fluctuations.

For now I'll just stick with the vitamins I'm on, I still have eggs every 2nd to 3rd day instead of daily.
 
Not gonna lie @saor did warn me about consuming these substances.

What happened? Initially felt good and then crashed down shortly afterwards?
 
Is this snake oil or an actual nootropic?


Lions mane is very beneficial. Try it for a couple of weeks.
