Hey guys, just a quick note as no one at your office seems to answer my mail.

Your SSL certificate expired the first of April for your website. You might want iBurst to look into it.

Old news...

iBurst don't care, they won't respond to you. You should realize by now that you're dealing with a circus.

Does this mean theres a security risk if you use your credit card to purchase more bandwidth?

I agree, hell they can't even do debit orders properly... or issue invoices. Something as simple as an invoice is so difficult for them

Hell yes there's a security risk! None of the information entered and submitted will be encrypted.

:D :D You won't believe which big company's invoices were sent to me this month :D :D

Not true. All the info will still be encrypted as the protocol is still HTTPS/SSL. The only thing the certificate is there for is to prove that its iBurst you're connecting to and not some phishing scheme...

Hey there's an idea... phish people's iBurst usernames/passwords and use up their caps... :D

ahhh.....Shaun I see you are still monitoring the forum, how about reading some of the threads since you last posted awhile back and addressing the issues brought up, or if it's not your department anymore please get whoever took over from Ed to address these issues.

With the deadly silence from iBurst reps on this forum tensions have built up as you will notice if you care to read the threads, it is both in iBurst's interest as well as it's customers if these issues are addressed asap.

If iBurst feels it does not want to address these issues here then please arrange a forum on the iBurst site where issues and problems can be attened to before they get completely out of control.

As for the iBurst blog, well to be honest it is a complete waste of time so please do not suggest that we use it.
