Seems like you are the one unable to articulate what beliefs are being challenged. I am at a complete loss here. Buka keeps telling me what a centrist should and should not be doing. I am not disputing any of that, because it is irrelevant and to be frank, I don't think anyone really cares. I sure don't.

I think that there is rhetoric on both sides, and all of it is pretty deplorable. Seems people expect me to come out against both sides all the time.

And I don't think this fire is a result of arson. Probably more due to human oversight. And are there people on the right pushing fake news? Of course. Are there people happy to see a cultural relic go up in flames? Yes, as I have clearly demonstrated. It was evident to me that both positions have been covered, so can we move on now, por favor?

Look, I was just looking at pictures/memes this morning and stumbled upon joke comics about france not catching a break - and then i stumbled on one picture that linked to a forum with people blaming muslims/jews/liberals. the buzzfeed twitter i shared was a link that the racists shared themselves of a "jew" who was undermining their message.

i am just highlighting that through this tragedy, there is going to be people who use it to push a horrible agenda, and not soon after sharing my post, a forumite came on and started posting about the very thing i mentioned.

it is not about justifying beliefs or anyone being better, it is just being aware that there is a lot of fake news popping up and to be mindful of it
 
I never got to see it. A real shame that something this beautiful, in it's original state, is lost forever.
 
Over 1000 church burnings in France in the last 2 years.

Another church burned down few weeks ago.

This iconic burning inside the holy week for muslims.

Nothing to see here guys, it is all just accidents one after another all coincidences.

Every single person in the world is oblivious to what is right in their face and if you speak about it openly it is just because you are "anti-islam" , **** that.

If it looks like a duck, sounds like a duck and constantly seemingly **** like a duck then it is a duck.

If this does not wake up people to make real changes in how they approach immigration then this is the day that europe(france in fact) were overthrown, its all over, well played.

depends on what you mean by original. Wasn't most its religious imagery destroyed in french revolution ?

Not just france, been church attacks and burnings throughout eu recently... just doesn't make headlines:X3:

Edit: Same with priests being murdered etc... but powers that be won't say or do anything as its just the new europeans sharing and integrating their culture into eu. Anyone speaking out gets labelled an 'ist and a 'phobe.

Some of the statues, the spire was also rebuilt at one point. Large portions however were original, standing from the time of its construction.
 
this thread, so full of ironies, attacks people have used on others in the past being used on them..... it's downright embarrassing tbh.

I meant 1000 church attacks in europe in the last 2 years.

This list goes on, if the few I gave is not enough I will give you more and more but any sane person would start to wake up just from this small list.

Now you can decide if you apparently want to cherry pick where you get your news from so I provided variety of media outlets covering only some of the destruction.
